April Favourites 2015

Yet another month has come and passed and I can tell you one thing; it's really hard to come up with an original intro for a post like this. I can tell you how hot it has been this month and how humidity has gotten to me as well a few days, but I won't bore you with all that. I know you're here for one thing and one thing only (or not): Makeup and beauty products that I've loved!

Time for a swap!

I'm so excited to finally be able to write this post! A while ago Zoe (from the blog ZoetheDreamer) contacted me, asking if I would be interested in doing a beauty swap. Flattered and excited, I ofcourse said yes. Seeing as I'm from Belgium and Zoe from the UK, I thought it would be interesting to discover some new items that I couldn't get my hands on.

Travel Roundup: Eifel National Park

I've been released into the world once more! It has been some time since I took a break from school etc, but the wait was worth it. I went to Germany with my mother, sister, aunt and niece for a well-deserved hiking weekend at the Eifel National Park. Being in nature is so inspiring and relaxing to me, but maybe that's because I've always lived in a city and even a lonely tree looks like nature to me.
I thought I'd once again bundle up some pictures to show you guys!

Naked Basics

Two posts with a similar theme in a row? I think I'm on some sort of eyeshadow palette high... But this is one I've been using for a very long time - probably longer than I should - and I'm almost ashamed that I haven't talked about it already. Maybe because it's such a basic product? Anyhows, let me introduce you to the original Naked Basics by Urban Decay.

Catrice Rose Palette

Today I bring to you... An eyeshadow palette review! And not just any eyeshadow palette! It's my most used, most affordable (when you don't count my tiny Essence quads) one! It's the Absolute Rose Eyeshadow Palette by Catrice which you can find in stores like Kruidvat for only €4.99! Ecstatic intro aside, let's get down to the nitty gritty and talk about this babe.

NYC longlasting lipglosses

I'll start off with apologising for the tardiness of this post. I wasn't able to post this one in time because I'm going through some busy days. But I'm not too late, right? You'll forgive me?
Aside from that, let's get started with this review! I'm going to talk about a slightly Amelia Liana inspired purchase I made, which are the Expert Lip Lacquers by NYC.

A doll collection - LE

Don't you love a good limited edition collection? Catrice's latest one, inspired by the sixties look, is once again eye catching! I already talked about some nail goodies in my previous NOTN, but still wanted to review the Matt Dip Eyeliner and the Ball Blush I also picked up.

Physician's formula mascara

It seems like a really long time since I've done a mascara review, doesn't it? Well, actually I have been testing out this baby since my last - disastrous - one. But let's leave things of the past in the past. Today I'm going to talk about the - take a deep breath - Organic Wear 100% Natural origin jumbo lash mascara by Physicians Formula.

Catrice Defining Blush

Ah - the beauty of a blush. I'm really getting more and more into them lately and I think it has to do with the fact that I'm finally using a very nice concealer which covers up my redness during the day. Enough of chitter chatter, I present to you the Defining Blush in (090) Mandy-rine by Catrice - ofcourse.
